CSCSO is a non-profit organization incorporated in Oklahoma in 1989. Since founding, the corporation has become known as a competent, person-centered, accountable, forward thinking and conscientious leader in the field of disability advocacy. Built on a foundation that believes everyone has a right to live and work in the community, the agency teaches individuals and their families how to access paid and natural supports.
Because we are committed to assisting people to achieve their hopes and dreams, each service is individualized to meet their expectations and needs. The foundation for all services is built on a framework that places emphasis on concepts of freedom; relationships; contribution and community; responsibility; authority; dreaming; dignity and respect; and support.
The organization has also embraced a management philosophy that acknowledges the ongoing character development of employees, people we support, citizens and all people associated with the "team" process. At CSCSO, your willingness to work on your character determines your success.
